Return Policy

Unless stated otherwise in the product description, the product you receive from Khyber Customs will be in NEW condition from the manufacturer. We do not sell open box or customer returned product in our webstore.

Khyber Customs is proud to extend a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on every order from the day the order is delivered. You may return NEW, UNOPENED merchandise within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Merchandise that has been installed, modified, damaged, or removed from the manufacturer’s original packaging is not eligible to be returned for a refund. In some cases, open box returns may be approved for store credit. Customers are encouraged to verify product compatibility and consult with installation guides before attempting any product installation. *Professional Gunsmithing is not a requirement, however it is highly encouraged for certain products in our webstore*

Defective merchandise under Manufacturer Warranty is subject to the Warranty Terms and Conditions as declared in the product description and/or installation instructions. We will gladly help direct you to our vendors’ customer service if this applies.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to settle and post funds to your account (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please CONTACT US with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


We ship USPS First Class and Priority to all US Territories, including Puerto Rico and Guam. We DO NOT ship internationally.

You will receive an Order Confirmation to your email upon completing your Order. Current lead times to process payment and ship out orders is 2-3 Business Days. Once your Order has been prepared and packed for shipping, you will receive a Shipping Notification along with Tracking Information. Tracking data can sometimes be delayed, especially during busy seasons. If you have questions regarding delayed or inaccurate tracking information, please refer to the corresponding shipper for accurate updates.

In the event your package is arriving late, the carrier will usually update the recent tracking data to “In Transit, Arriving Late”. If there are no tracking updates after 5 business days, we will submit a Missing Mail request with the carrier on your behalf. From there, the carrier will investigate and provide a status update on your package. If the package is recovered, it will continue to its destination. If the package is determined to be lost, we will gladly replace the package at no cost to you. Customers are responsible for securing packages after they are marked “Delivered” by the carrier. Khyber Customs does not accept any liability for theft of packages that have been marked “Delivered” by the carrier.
