Khyber Customs highly recommends a certified gunsmith complete and test installation of all parts & accessories purchased from Khyber Customs. It is the responsibility of the end customer to inspect and verify product compatibility before proceeding with the unpackaging and installation of any parts & accessories purchased from us. We encourage potential customers to CONTACT US with any product or policy questions before making a final purchase.
When using a firearm, it is important to ALWAYS wear Personal Protective Equipment, specifically ballistic rated safety glasses and gloves. Be aware of others in proximity & ensure they are also wearing PPE. Khyber Customs is not liable for injury, damage, or death related to the usage of our products.
Return Policy
Unless stated otherwise in the product description, the product you receive from Khyber Customs will be in NEW condition from the manufacturer. We do not sell open box or customer returned product in our webstore.
Khyber Customs is proud to extend a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on every order from the day the order is delivered. You may return NEW, UNOPENED merchandise within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If you need to return an item, please CONTACT US with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly within 24-48 business hours with instructions. Once approved, the customer is responsible for shipping fees back to the Khyber Customs distribution center. Shipping costs are non refundable.
Merchandise that has been installed, modified, damaged, or removed from the manufacturer’s original packaging is not eligible to be returned for a refund. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect and verify the compatibility of parts & accessories before they are removed from manufacturer's packaging.
Defective merchandise under Manufacturer Warranty is subject to the Warranty Terms and Conditions as declared in the product description and/or installation instructions. We will gladly help direct you to our vendors’ customer service if this applies.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to settle and post funds to your account (5 to 10 business days).
California Customers (AB1263)
Per Assembly Bill No. 1263 (effective January 1, 2026), as a condition of this transaction, you are required to receive notice of the following information regarding firearms, firearm accessories, and their manufacture. As a condition of completing the transaction, the state of California requires you to read and sign the attestation, acknowledging that you received and understood this notice. Additionally, you must present the retailer with ID verifying that you are at least 18 years of age. This notice, attestation, and ID verification will automatically be prompted during the checkout process for all California residents. The payment portal will be accessible immediately once those steps are completed by the purchaser. Once completed, the payment portal will open for you to complete your purchase. Please note that all California orders will require an "Adult 21+ Signature Required" confirmation added to the shipping status. To cover the additional costs of shipping confirmation and ID verification requirements, all California orders will have a $9.99 handling fee added to the subtotal. ALL California shipped orders are excluded from "FREE SHIPPING" promotions due to the increased costs to fulfill and ship them. Khyber Customs, the retailer, does not provide any of the following notices as legal advice and is not in agreement that this acknowledgement should be a part of purchasing firearms parts, however we provide this notice in the interim while the matter is being debated at the legislative level. Shipping
The customer is responsible for knowing the laws of their state regarding purchases made and shipped from our website.
We ship USPS Ground Advantage and Priority to all US Territories, including Puerto Rico and Guam. We DO NOT ship internationally.
You will receive an Order Confirmation to your email upon completing your Order. Current lead times to process payment and ship out orders is 2-3 Business Days. Once your Order has been prepared and packed for shipping, you will receive a Shipping Notification along with Tracking Information. Tracking data can sometimes be delayed, especially during busy seasons. If you have questions regarding delayed or inaccurate tracking information, please refer to the corresponding shipper for accurate updates.
In the event your package is arriving late, the carrier will usually update the recent tracking data to “In Transit, Arriving Late”. If there are no tracking updates after 5 business days, we will submit a Missing Mail request with the carrier on your behalf. From there, the carrier will investigate and provide a status update on your package. If the package is recovered, it will continue to its destination. If the package is determined to be lost, we will gladly replace the package at no cost to you. Customers are responsible for securing packages after they are marked “Delivered” by the carrier. Khyber Customs does not accept any liability for theft of packages that have been marked “Delivered” by the carrier.
