BC47 / BC70 Light Mount

The BC Series light mounts are a fantastic value and lightweight solution for mounting lights to your favorite AK rifle. These mounts are ambidextrous and compatible with the factory cleaning rod. Compatible with any 1” body weapon light of your choice.

Compatibility:

BC47-2: AKM/AK74 profile barrels with a .592” diameter barrel. This includes but is not limited to – WASR, PSAK47, Draco (full size), Hellpup, Arsenal SLR (not UR models), Saiga SGL, IO Sporter, and many more.

BC70: ZPAP Yugo and AK47 profile barrels with a .660” diameter barrel. This includes but is not limited to - ZPAP, NPAP, OPAP M70 rifles, MAK90. NOT COMPATIBLE with M85/M92 pistols.

*Pro Tip* Ensure proper installation is followed by reading the provided installation guide from the manufacturer. This is an aluminum mount that is secured with steel fasteners, which makes it easier for end users to cross thread and strip. Check to make sure the fasteners are properly aligned before tightening.

Please note that changing out hand fit, factory parts with aftermarket parts & accessories may require hand fitting by the end user. For customers that are not equipped with basic tools or experience with hand fitting parts, we recommend seeking out the assistance of a competent gunsmith. this fits both my Zastava M70 & my Arsenal sam7r. gives the ak47 a clean look. excellent product

Great light mount

Paired with a SureFire G2X this mount is a perfect option for getting a light on your rifle or pistol without adding much weight or spending a fortune. This mount puts the light really close to the bore and can be positioned right at the end of the handguard so your light can be activated without breaking your firing grip. The only downside is if you transition to your other shoulder the light becomes inaccessible but I'm guessing most people will never run into that problem. All steel construction makes this mount feel really rugged and I am confident it will perform very well. **Once I got everything in the position I wanted it I put Loctite on all the screws before tightening them down.

This came in some other companies packaging, so I guess they are a reseller. Whatever, it fits great. I chose the Yugo option because I have a m70ab2. Slides right up the the gas block and almost centers itself. Had to slide it back about a 1/8" to get the grenade sight to clear but it worked out great. Put a Streamlight Polytac X in it and done. Looks great, functions even better.
