Yugo ZPAP Length "Swiss" Cheese Grater Upper Handguard

Cannot install this thing on my m90. I have done engine swaps on cars, autobody work, modified many other firearms. I have sanded, filed and bent this thing to try and make it fit. Will not rotate in place. Ive watched the video four times. Im assuming the part and gas tube were selected for the video ahead of time. Cool product, just beware that you will need 10x as much time to install this thing(and lots of sanding, filing and swearing)

Good fit & finish. Lightweight & definitely does the job dissipating heat. Field strip & instealled in about 5 mins. (Referred to Khyber customs instructional YouTube video for some pointers) overall awesome buy!

This handguard was so tight I thought I would need to break out the sander. Instead I used a pipe wrench and a vise. That said it's better if it's to tight then to loose, and it's very solid construction. I wasn't expecting to like it as much as I do. It looks great and it actually feels great too. I like to throw my thumb over the upper handguard and it's actually surprisingly comfortable. The tightness was probably just with my rifle but I will still give it high credit on everything else and I would recommend this handguard to someone else.

The m92 cheese grater is great. Fit well with no slop. I used a large wrench with a rag to install in a vise. Looks really nice. Well done! Also the stickers are very cool you sent!

Material and finish are nice. Trying to replace the stock zpap upper handguard is a pain without a vise. I don't know if it's feasible to manufacture these as perfect fits, but the zpap comes with a clip that holds the plastic zastava handguard onto the gas tube, maybe add some kind of notches for that clip to slide into.

Took some SERIOUS fitting to get it on my rifle. A vice and channel locks to get the damn thing on. Videos online made it look much easier, but it was expected as any owner of a Com-Bloc style AK knows they’re going to have to use some elbow grease if they wanna have after market parts put on. All that being said, it’s clearly very well made and looks awesome on my rifle. Really happy y’all sell Yugo parts and are based here in Houston too

Perfect fit on my Yugo M70, looks great, very well made and will probably last the life of the rifle. Easy install, too. Super happy with this part.

Received and immediately installed on my m92 yugo. Wow! Love the look! A bit of a pain to install on the gas tube that that’s because I’m an AK noob. Thanks for the great product. Looking forward to buying more from you guys.

Takes some effort to attach to the existing gas tube. Not a simple crescent wrench and towel twist. Hand the sand and polish ends of the rail. Then slight crimping needed. After installation I had to slightly crimp back out the end corners of the rail. All in all happy with my results.
